Payment and Project Agreement Policy

At Global Extension Trading & Contracting W.L.L, we are committed to fostering a professional relationship built on mutual trust. Our payment and service terms are structured based on the scope and type of the project as outlined below:

• Standard Projects (10 to 100 Sqm): For projects falling within this range, an advance payment of 20% of the total quote is required to initiate and confirm the work order.
• Repairing and Maintenance: We offer a "No Advance" policy for all repair services. The full payment is only due upon the successful completion of the task and client approval.
• Large-Scale Projects: For major industrial or commercial projects, Global Extension Trading & Contracting W.L.L does not require an advance payment. However, a legally valid formal agreement is mandatory before the project commences.

These guidelines ensure that our engineering standards remain high while providing a seamless and reliable service experience for all our clients across Qatar.
